We are breaking thru some milestones this month. Day four of consistent blogging and staying on target with workouts and the nutrition. I almost feel like I am fasting because I am in discipline mode. I am so proud of myself so far and looking forward to my Saturday Morning weigh-in just before my 5K race.
I started my day with a nice leisure walk to the Rite Aid to pick up some kitchen supplies. I did this to breakout of my comfort zone of doing some admin work.
After my client Tammy, I went into my cardio blast of the JillFit Joggervals again. The mission today was to complete the entire circut. If you missed yesterdays training here is the tread interval circut I did.
Today was suppose to be Abs but I only did my 3 minute planks due to a visit from my friend Mary.
I went into my arms segment from P90X. I love it! Pretty good moves here. I did not do all the shoulder exercises due to my shoulder issues. I only did what I could.
Each exercises was done for 3x 12 using my 10lbs
- Shoulder press
- Bicep curls/ wide curl
- full concentration bicep curls
- Tricep dips
- upright rows
- skull crushers ( My favorite tricep move)
Our Leg circuit consist of :
- Squat jumps (1 minute)
- walking lunges in my hall to the kitchen with 15lb ( about 4 laps)
- lunge jumps
- split lunges on steps with 15lbs ( 1 minute each leg)
